Lease Terms: Woodland Apartments offers a 12-month lease term. A 6-month lease is available at a premium. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to one-month's rent is required at move in unless otherwise noted.
Move-in Specials: Move-in specials change frequently in accordance with availability, please contact the Leasing Office for the current move-in special.
Rental Rates: Rental rates are subject to change without notice. Please contact the Leasing Office for current rental rates.
Pet Policy: Both cats and dogs under 20lbs (at full growth) are welcome here at Woodland Apartments! Larger dogs may be accepted upon management’s approval in our townhouses only. Breed restrictions do apply and there is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. We require a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet for both cats and smaller dogs and a $500 non-refundable pet fee per pet for larger dogs. Please inquire for more details and information on our pet-policy.
